This drop is emotional. 15 years ago me and Karl Grandin started this journey, releasing OMNIPOLLO LEVON. A celebratory beer brewed with champagne yeast, a kiss of American hops, and bottle conditioned in constant pursuit of those finer bubbles. To celebrate LEVONs (and in some ways our own) 15th anniversary we bumped the ABV to 9% and swapped the American hops for our favourite New Zeeland variety, Nelson Sauvin.
