One barleywine, split between seven barrels to age and evolve. This expression has developed in a 7 year Plum Liqueur cask. The sticky, sweet liqueur compliments the sweetness of the beer, whilst cutting through with a little acidity that livens the palate. It lends a touch of cinnamon to the aroma and a hint of marzipan. The profile will continue to change as it matures but it's a delicious beer to enjoy now.
