Aged for 1.5 years in foudre before dry hopping with 24g/L of Riwaka & Rakau. This powerful dry hopping rate was established as our house standard during the development of our DIPA programme back in 2016, and has since become an industry standard. We’re thrilled that it yields exceptional results in mixed-culture beer too.
