
From the brewery:
A massive Pastore smoothie sour conditioned on 500 g/l of blackberries, blackcurrants, strawberries and bananas. Finished with coconuts and vanilla. Rich and thick, cake in Pastore sour beer form. This month marks six years of brewing at Pastore, over that time we’ve made hundreds of unique sour beers, blended thousands of litres of funky wild beer and introduced a speciality lager program. For this anniversary we’ve focussed on making four wildly different beers that personify where we are at now as a brewery.
