Track make some of the best modern classics around, so we were thrilled to welcome them to Bakewell for a brew on our Union System. Together we deveolped a recipe for an American Brown Ale built on a complex and intruiging malt bill, giving the beer its inviting colour and rich, full body. Classic US West Coast hops layer in pine and citrus, working in harmony throughout to create a balanced, characterful beer.
