This beer is bringing all of the stone fruits into play. Expect waves of peaches and apricots combined with white grape, gooseberry and grapefruit notes for a bitter finish. We used Strata, Nelson, and El Dorado on the dry hop and packed plenty of flaked oats to give it a creamy and rounded body.
