Part of our ongoing collaboration series with our dear friends at Ross-on-Wye Cider & Perry, a tart blend of two barrels hand selected by the Ross team. The first, a barrel fermented saison using heritage pilsner malt; the second, a lambic-style sour with raw wheat and aged hops, wild fermented in a white Burgundy barrel.
Dry, sharp, sparkly, refreshing.
