Our first collaboration with our barrel-focused neighbours is a bright and delicately funky hop bomb.

We dry hopped a blend of barrel and foudre wild ales with a boatload of fresh UK Ernest and US Belma hops to give pure pineapple juice, a touch of peachy stone fruits, and a light acidity.
