Helles – Decoction brewed with Select, Tradition & Mittelfrüh.

Pours like an autumn sunset. Beautiful, slightly hazy, deep amber. Herbal, lightly spiced aromas with chewy dried apricots, mushy dates and freshly cut grass. Tastes like a bite of fresh peach with some pleasant lingering flavors of fresh bread and wheat. Classic, crisp bitterness with a refreshing dryness and a hauntingly long finish.
