A collaboration with the good folk at Yakima Chief Hops, our juicy Pineapple and Scorpion chilli sauce is inspired by a spirit of experimentation and innovation.
You probably haven't ever tasted HBC 630: the experimental hop still in it’s trial phase that Yakima Chief suggested we work with in this recipe. It boasts sweet peach and raspberry notes, aromas of strawberry laces and candyfloss, with tropical fruits underneath. Perfect to complement the sting from a Moruga Scorpion chilli! Working with Cryo Hops® also meant those flavours and aromas were intensified, as the pellets they sent us are pure lupulin, extracted in a sub-zero, nitrogen environment.
