Saison with Apples and Seaberry

Being half way up the apple tree in the garden picking apples with our two little kids will be one of our favourite memories. They were so excited to be helping out, beers like this is why we started the brewery in the first place. Made with apples from our garden and sea berries grown just up the road. There's a lovely fruity acidity to the beer, definitely a lot of complexity from the fermentation of the fruit and hops. It's one of those beers that when it's fresh it's delicious and when aged it has the potential to go on a real journey.
