Wheat beer

It was a conversation with a farmer a couple of years ago that changed how we see beer, its ingredients and their impact on our soils. A small band of devoted farmers were growing heritage wheat regeneratively in the South West and we knew we could make delicious beers with them.
Brewing with raw wheat, milled straight from the field with minimal intervention creates unique beers with complex characters and delicate and intricate texture. It's a way of brewing very different to the norm, it's become our signature, our house style and its central to every beer we brew. Especially this lovely little wheat beer.
