From the brewery:

Scenic Route is a crisp, hoppy and rustic lagered beer made using heritage malted barley and regeneratively grown YQ Wheat. This combination gives our Lagered Beer a beautiful depth of flavour.

We use single farm, UK grown, whole leaf Cascade and Goldings Hops, which together give a succinct, nobel-like character with a distinctive herbaceous note.

Fermented with an expressive lager strain that gives fruity esters and heightens the hop character. Made in the spirit of a crisp, refreshing lager - but in our own style.
