From the brewery:

Working with local vineyard, Ark Wines, we were given 4kg of  Bacchus grape pomace and transferred on a golden sour, which had been ageing in a fresh Chardonnay barrel since Aug 2020. Bretty fruity funk on the nose, with a touch of sweetness from the barrel.
