A base of Pils and Wheat malts paired with classic hop additions of Magnum, Perle and Spalter Select gives an über-refreshing fruity hit to this Kölsch-style beer. Gentle bready notes lead to a crisp bitter finish, giving an edge to our version of this traditional lager/ale hybrid, native to Cologne.
