Fresh out of the Chicago test kitchen Pilot Project Brewing, this is our bright and modern IPA. Using Helio Gazer yeast and three wonderful hops from Indie Hops - Audacia, Luminosa and Strata. A full spectrum of fresh hop flavours ranging from citrus and exotic to pithy. A gloriously fruity, refreshing and for lack of a better word.. sunny(?) tasting beer.
