Bottled - Dec 2024.
In October 2023 we made a strong hoppy wort at The Salutation Inn in Gloucestershire. The grist was solely floor malted Maris Otter from Warminster Maltings in Wiltshire. The hops were whole leaf Fuggles & Goldings grown in Hertfordshire.
Open fermentation in our coolship was followed by 22 months maturation in oak and bottle.
