A pale ale that takes its cues from West Coast American style Pale Ales, albeit with English and Bavarian ingredients.

Organic Plumage Archer heritage malt alongside Munich and a smidgen of crystal malt, as well as raw YQ population wheat, give a chewy sweetness that is balanced perfectly by a relenting bitterness from English and Bavarian hops, that also give a satiating taste of fresh pine resin, citrus and papaya.
